We offer free shipping on every order. No minimums. No surprises at checkout.
Where We Ship We currently ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once processed your order is handed to our shipping carrier for delivery.
Shipping Cost and Delivery Time All orders ship free via standard shipping. Estimated delivery is 3 to 14 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or holidays.
Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Lost or Stolen Packages GLODAYS is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please check with neighbors or contact your local post office. If your package arrives physically damaged contact us at support@glodays.com within 48 hours so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
Address Accuracy Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
