GLODAYS Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your GLODAYS Glow. If something is not right we will make it right.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return your item must be unopened, unused, with all original factory seals intact and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return Contact us at support@glodays.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send anything back before contacting us first — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved we will send you a prepaid return shipping label with full instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect contact us immediately at support@glodays.com. For defective LED components please include a photo or short video of the issue so we can process your replacement as fast as possible.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons our LED face masks are considered personal care devices. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, or where the factory seal has been broken. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the right item is to return your unopened item first. Once your return is accepted place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the approval status. If approved your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund on their end.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund — contact us at support@glodays.com and we will look into it immediately.
